1. What kind of chocolate do your
wrappers fit over?
Our full-size wrappers fit over a 1.55 oz Hershey's Chocolate Bar (regular size
candy bar), our king-size wrappers fit over a 2.6 oz Hershey's King Size chocolate bar and our half pound wrappers
fit over a Hershey's half pound chocolate bar. Please note that our wrappers fit over any candy bar of similar
size but we prefer to use only Hershey's chocolate with our wrappers.

Is the chocolate included with the wrappers?
You can purchase your personalized wrapper wrapped around
a chocolate bar or you can save money by purchasing and wrapping your own candy. The choice is yours.
3. Can I purchase the wrappers only?
Yes. All of our wrappers can be purchased as wrappers only. See our wrapper-only prices.

What type of paper do you use?
All of our products are professionally printed on glossy commercial grade
papers that could not be duplicated on home printers. Cathy's Creations will be happy to add the personalized information
of your choice to any of our products.
5. What methods of payment do you accept?
Cathy's Creations accepts all major credit cards and uses PayPal as our secure, online payment processor.
6. What method of shipping
will be used to mail my order?
Cathy’s Creations will recommend the most cost effective shipping
method for your order based on size, lead time and time of year (we often ship overnight during the summer months to avoid
melting). However, you can choose to have your order shipped any way you like, just notify us of any special shipping instructions
you may have.
7. How do I place an order?
You can order
easily by clicking on the link below each product and completing our short order form. You will be contacted by Cathy's
Creations within 48 hours of receiving the order form.
8. How long does it take to receive my order?
Typically your order will be shipped within 7-10 days from the time we receive your order. However, that is dependent
on your feedback and cooperation in the design process. We will not ship anything unless the design is approved by the customer
and payment has been received.
9. If I order wrappers-only, how do I wrap them?
With all completed wrapper-only orders, we provide easy to follow wrapping instructions. All you need is some time and a
glue stick.
10. Why won't you take my credit card information on your order form?
Due to the personalized nature of this product,
we don't accept payment until the order is approved and ready to print. We want to make sure that all of our customers
are happy with our design before we accept payment for it. Our use of Paypal for credit card transactions also adds
an element of security to every purchase. Cathy's Creations does not collect credit card or banking information
from any of its customers.
11. How do you make them look like a "classic" Hershey Bar?
For those of you who don't
know, Hershey has recently changed their wrapper design by eliminating the foil wrappers, resulting in a fresher product.
We have been able to maintain the look of the "Classic" Hershey bar (with the foil ends) by offering foil pouches
with every order. As a Cherubs-N-Chocolate© Dealer, we are proud to offer, these exclusive pouches, free of
charge, with every order. The pouches are the perfect size for a full-size Hershey bar and couldn't be easier to
use.
12. What can be included
in the foil pouches - only chocolate bars?
In addition to any type of bar (chocolate, granola, enery or other
candy or food item), the foil pouches could be used to include the added element of business cards, raffle or lottery tickets,
coupons, etc.

I placed an order, but why haven't received a response?
Cathy's Creations responds to all orders with an email 24-48 hours after you place your order.
If you are using a spam filter, my email may not make it to your inbox. Please check your "junk mail" folders
if you are expecting a response from Cathy's Creations. Also be sure to add us to your address book so you don't miss
out on any other communications we may have for you.
14. What size bottles do the SplashbandsTM work with?
SplashbandsTM are designed to fit any bottle
up to 0.5 liters.
15. What size bottles does Cathy's Creations use for SplashbandsTM?
Any SplashbandsTM order that we wrap will be wrapped
around 16 oz pint size water bottles, unless otherwise specified by our customer.
16. What goes
into MyMintos MintbooksTM?
All of our MyMintosTM
come with one Lifesaver's Mint stapled inside the mintbook. Other items can be used upon request of the customer.
